Welcome to E Pro Clean Pty Ltd. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

E Pro Clean offers residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Melbourne. Our services are provided by trained and insured cleaners, available on a scheduled or one-off basis.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

• All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking.
• No-show or last-minute cancellations (within 3 hours) will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

3. Payments

• Prices are quoted per hour or per job depending on the service.
• A minimum booking time of 2 hours applies.
• Payments must be made at the time of booking or immediately after service.
• We accept online payments, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours. We will offer a free re-clean of the disputed area.

5. Access to Property

Clients must ensure cleaners have access to the property at the agreed time. If we cannot access the premises, a call-out fee may apply.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide a safe working environment.
• Inform us of any sensitive areas or valuables.
• Ensure that running water and electricity are available.

7. Damages and Liability

Our cleaners are fully insured. Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours. Liability is limited to the cost of the service or replacement of damaged items.

8. Subcontractors

We may engage independent contractors to provide services. All contractors are vetted and must carry insurance and police checks.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service for reasons including unsafe environments, abuse, or non-payment.
